The main event of the HRC Community

The HRC Meeting 2023 will be held from 26 to 28 May at the Forte Village Resort (S. Margherita di Pula – Sardinia) #together with many friends: HR Directors, Chief Executive Officers, HR Professionals, Top Managers, Partners and Sports Champions.

We will address some of the hottest topics in the HR world and we will do so through the metaphor of sport, promoting social inclusion and gender equality.

After the success of the 2022 edition, we want to aim even higher and make this appointment essential for living the values ​​of our Community

HRC INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY MEMBER

To the HR managers being part of the HRC International Community is reserved a special price of € 1,500.00 + VAT 22%.

This package includes:

– Participation in the HRC Meeting 2023 and the conference on Friday 26 May 2023 (5pm-8pm);
– Participation in all sport activities (training and competitions) organised by HRC on Saturday 27 May;
– The full-board stay from dinner on Friday 26 May to breakfast on Sunday 28 May (2 nights):

o Welcome dinner 26 May;
o Breakfast 27 and 28 May
o Business lunch 27 May
o Official dinner 27 May;

– The opportunity to benefit from the airport<>resort transfers organised by HRC, subject to notification of the flight booked;
– The opportunity to extend your stay at the Forte Village Resort (limited availability to be verified at the time of booking);
– The opportunity to bring companions, in line with the Work Life Balance principle and in pure HRC style, at a special discounted price.

COMPANIONS

In full HRC style, participation can be extended to family members as follows:

  • Adult companion € 600.00 + vat 10% (full board 2 nights);
  • For children under 2 years old no payment is required from May 26 to 28 as well as for any additional days;
  • For children from 2 to 13 years (not yet reached) € 400.00 + vat 10% (full board 2 nights);
  • Over 13 years old, the fee is the same as an adult in a double room.

Package includes:

  • Full board stay from dinner on Friday, May 26 to breakfast on Sunday, May 28 (2 nights):

– Welcome dinner May 26;

– Breakfast May 27 & 28;

– Business lunch May 27;

– Official dinner May 27;

  • The opportunity to take advantage of APT/FV/APT transfers organized by HRC, upon notification of booked flight.

HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION

You can reserve your place (pre-registration) through the appropriate form at the following link https://www.hrcmeeting.com/

HRC Staff will take care of the request and then send the link to complete the reservation.

HRC has teamed up with the Fa Travel agency to acquire and provide the following reservation services:

  • Hotel
  • Transfers to and from Cagliari airport.

Both of the above services are included in HRC packages.

Through FA TRAVEL it is possible to make reservations for the return flight according to one’s individual needs. Its purchase is not included and is the responsibility of each participant.

If it is decided not to purchase the flight through the aforementioned agency, it will still be possible to communicate the flight details for the organization of transfers to and from Cagliari airport, according to our hourly availability.

The reservation will be considered complete once payment of the required participation fees has been received.
